Return and Refund Policy
Although we hope you are happy with your purchase, we understand issues may arise that would lead you to return items to our store. After your purchase, you have 15 days to return your item with original tags and no signs of wear, makeup, cigarette smoke or pet hair. You can exchange for a different size, a different item or a store credit. We are not responsible for items after you have washed and dried. Many of our boutique style clothes are recommended to be hand washed or dry clean only. Please refer to the care tag prior to washing/drying.
If an item you purchased in-store is found to damaged, we request that you notify us within 5 days of purchase, so we are able to make the appropriate correction in a timely manner. Returns and exchanges for in-store purchases will not be accepted past 15 days from the date of purchase. All in-store purchases eligible for return or exchange will need to have original tags and no signs of wear, makeup, cigarette smoke or pet hair.
For online orders, we ask that you please inspect your order as soon as possible to ensure it meets your satisfaction. If you find an item to be damaged, incorrect, or missing, we request that you notify us within 5 days of delivery, so we are able to make the appropriate correction in a timely manner. Returns and exchanges for shipped items will not be accepted past 15 days from delivery. All shipped items eligible for return will be subject to the criteria outlined below.

- All clothing Items must be in the original shape with all tags still intact.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box without any damage to the shoe box.
- Items eligible for return cannot be washed, worn, and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, and any other stains and scents including, but not limited to, cigarette smoke and pet hair.
- Exchanges

- Items eligible for exchange cannot be washed, worn, and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, and any other stains and scents including, but not limited to, cigarette smoke and pet hair.
- Returns or Exchanges requested by mail
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of all returned items.
- The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns may be made by mail within 15 days of original purchase.
- All clothing items must be in the original shape with all tags still intact.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box without any damage to the shoe box.
- Items eligible for return cannot be washed, worn, and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, and any other stains and scents including, but not limited to, cigarette smoke and pet hair.
- If any returns do not meet these criteria, the return will be denied, and the items will be returned to the customer without being processed for store credit. Additionally, the customer will be subject to additional shipping costs if a return is rejected.
- It is highly recommended that the customer make note of the return tracking number as we are not responsible for lost packages.
- Please allow for 7-10 business days for processing once the package arrives back to the store.

- Intimates
- Hair accessories
- Hats
- Discounted and Sale items
- Refunds
- There will be no monetary refunds made.
- All eligible items returned will need to follow our return policy and be given a refund in the form of store credit.
